Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT)
The Meadows on University is an outpatient facility that provides education on dementia training, wound care, vestibular rehab, modality use, skilled maintenance, and other clinical programming. The Physical Therapist ensures the highest quality of resident care, supports staff, and establishes a positive community reputation while upholding Eduro Healthcare’s values of wellness, compassion, customer experience, and company results.
Daily pay is available, and free continuing education units (CEUs) are offered.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate a resident’s condition and develop an appropriate physical rehabilitation plan.
- Help residents improve mobility and perform tasks while monitoring their performance.
- Educate residents on recovery stages and how to manage each situation.
- Maintain resident confidence and protect facility operations by keeping information confidential.
- Supervise physical therapy assistants as required.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
- Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements.
- Contribute to inter-disciplinary team efforts in resident care.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current and active PT license or registration in the state of employment.
- Experience working with geriatric patients is a plus.
- Completion of company orientation.
- Health screening and TB test within two weeks of employment.
- Familiarity with and compliance to all local, state, and federal regulations relating to the job.
- Provide satisfactory evidence of identity and employment eligibility within three days of hire.
Schedule
- Full-time, outpatient position.
- Monday to Friday.
- In-person work location in Fargo, ND.
