About the role

Peak Physical Therapy and Sports Performance is a Highbar Practice built around clinical autonomy, real mentorship, and a career that doesn’t require burning out to succeed. This role emphasizes practicing at the top of your license (PATTOTL) with patient volumes under 12 per day, predictable schedules, and AI-supported documentation to reduce after-hours charting.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care with autonomy to design and lead the plan of care
• Participate in structured mentorship and professional development activities
• Engage in monthly Skillz meetings and specialty Special Interest Groups (SIGs)
• Contribute to a teaching practice environment with peer mentorship and onsite continuing education

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program
• Active PT license (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Desire to grow clinically, contribute to a team, and practice thoughtfully

Qualifications

• Access to mentorship and structured onboarding with a Clinic Director and Peer Mentor
• Opportunity to participate in in-house Orthopedic Residency, Dry Needling (Level I & II), and COMT pathways
• Eligibility for specialty SIGs including Pelvic Health, Sports, Neuro, Vestibular, Pediatrics, and more
