Outpatient Physical Therapist

About the role

WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join a well-established private orthopedic practice in Fairfield County, Connecticut. Our client is offering a $10k sign-on bonus! This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced clinicians and new graduates who are passionate about helping patients recover from injury or surgery and return to optimal function.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Perform therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities
• Collaborate with orthopedic physicians, physician assistants, and healthcare team members to coordinate care
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and recovery strategies
• Monitor patient progress, modify treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Stay current with best practices, techniques, and advancements in orthopedic physical therapy

Requirements

• Active Connecticut Physical Therapy license
• Completion of ongoing continuing education requirements to maintain licensure
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
