Physical Therapist - Outpatient
PT Solutions is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for its Acworth, GA clinic. The practice emphasizes an intimate care setting that fosters meaningful patient relationships, a residency-style program supporting specialty certification, and opportunities to work across specialty services including pelvic health, neuro care, sports medicine, dry needling, and cupping. A performance-based incentive plan rewards clinicians who exceed productivity thresholds.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Create and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with patient goals.
- Deliver hands-on manual therapy and targeted exercise interventions.
- Collaborate with PTs and PTAs to ensure continuity and quality of care.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical records system.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
- State licensure.
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
- Ability to manage a caseload of 10–12 patients per day.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Schedule
Clinic hours: Monday–Thursday 7:00 am–7:00 pm, Friday 7:00 am–5:00 pm. Flexible scheduling available.
Pay
Base salary: $75,000–$105,000 per year, plus monthly patient incentive bonuses starting at treating 9 patients a day. Sign-on bonuses up to $30,000 available in select locations.
