Outpatient Physical Therapist

About the role

Review patients' medical history and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide personalized care, spending approximately 40 minutes per patient. Diagnose movement impairments through observation and patient feedback. Utilize exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to manage pain and improve mobility. Record patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Florida
• Proficiency with computer and EMR software applications
• Open to candidates of all experience levels
