Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and deliver evidence-based rehabilitation services for adult patients
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Guide therapeutic exercises
- Restore functional mobility
- Manage pain
- Educate patients and families
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
- Document care in the EMR
- Support quality and safety initiatives
- Provide personalized therapy services
- Promote functional recovery
- Ensure documentation accuracy
- Contribute to a safe and effective care environment
Qualifications
- Prior experience in outpatient therapy preferred
- Familiarity with EMR systems preferred
