Outpatient Physical Therapist

About the Role
Provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services in order to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders. Performs responsibilities in accordance with Physical Therapy/Hospital Policy, state and federal regulatory licensing, and accrediting requirements.
Responsibilities
- Deliver medically prescribed physical therapy services to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, and/or integumentary disorders.
- Adhere to Physical Therapy and Hospital policies, as well as state and federal regulatory licensing and accrediting requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, Doctorate, or Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current state Physical Therapy license.
- Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
Pay
A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $35.71 to $51.72 per hour. The exact starting compensation will be determined based on factors such as skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
