Responsibilities

• Providing evidence-based evaluation and treatment to adult and adolescent patients in a collaborative, academic health system
• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
• Delivering hands-on and exercise-based interventions to improve patient function and quality of life
• Educating patients and their families to promote optimal outcomes
• Collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation colleagues
