Outpatient Physical Therapist

This position involves evaluating and developing individualized physical therapy treatment plans to address movement dysfunction and pain resulting from injury, disease, or disability. The therapist collaborates with healthcare professionals within an integrated system, utilizing evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

Key Duties

• Assess and treat patients across orthopedic, neurologic, sports medicine, and post-surgical conditions
• Develop and adjust personalized treatment plans aligned with patient goals
• Educate patients and families, collaborate with healthcare teams, and contribute to clinical excellence
• Supervise support personnel and document patient progress in compliance with regulations
