Outpatient Physical Therapist

About the role

Join a growing outpatient rehabilitation team dedicated to patient-centered care. In this full-time role, you will review patient histories, provide personalized 1:1 therapy sessions averaging 40 minutes, diagnose movement issues, and develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and prevent injuries.

Responsibilities

• Use exercises, manual therapy, and equipment to deliver care
• Record patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly

Requirements

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program
• Licensure or eligibility for licensure in Florida
• Strong computer and EMR skills (preferred)
