Outpatient Physical Therapist

Provide one-on-one, evidence-based outpatient care to diverse patient populations. Perform patient evaluations, establish individualized treatment plans, and deliver interventions using therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and appropriate modalities to enhance mobility, restore function, and improve quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop tailored plans of care.
• Implement and adjust treatment to meet patient goals.
• Deliver therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation of progress and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families to support adherence and recovery.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Contribute to program development and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed Physical Therapist.
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient-centered communication.
• Competence in evidence-based evaluation and treatment planning.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting.
• Effective documentation and patient education skills.
