Outpatient Pediatrician in Beautiful Southern California, Temescal Valley, CA

About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Pediatrician to join Riverside Medical Clinic in Temescal Valley, CA. This role offers a partnership track as well as an excellent work-life balance. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse pediatric population, including infants, children, and adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to infants, children, and adolescents
• Conduct well-child exams, sports physicals, and developmental screenings
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric conditions
• Administer immunizations in accordance with CDC guidelines
• Educate patients and families on preventive care, nutrition, and overall wellness
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in the EMR system
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, medical assistants, and specialists
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and uphold clinical best practices

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Active or eligible California medical license

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (36 clinical hours per week). Minimal telephonic call duty.

Patient volume: 22-24 patients daily.

Pay

Salary: $230,000 – $240,000 annually, with productivity incentives and bonus eligibility.
