Outpatient Pediatrician in Beautiful Southern California, Temescal Valley, CA
About the Role
We are seeking a Full-Time Pediatrician to join Riverside Medical Clinic in Temescal Valley, CA. This role offers a partnership track as well as an excellent work-life balance. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse pediatric population, including infants, children, and adolescents.
Riverside Medical Clinic (RMC) has been part of the community for over 90 years and is the largest independently owned and operated multi-specialty group, with over 190 providers, in the Inland Empire. Our physicians collaborate closely on behalf of patients, ensuring a simple and effective referral process.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to infants, children, and adolescents
- Conduct well-child exams, sports physicals, and developmental screenings
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric conditions
- Administer immunizations in accordance with CDC guidelines
- Educate patients and families on preventive care, nutrition, and overall wellness
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in the EMR system
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, medical assistants, and specialists
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and uphold clinical best practices
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Active or eligible California medical license
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (36 clinical hours per week). Call is telephonic only and minimal.
Patient volume: 22-24 patients daily.

Pay
Salary: $230,000 – $240,000 annually (productivity incentives/bonus eligible).
