Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $87,000–$110,000 annually, based on outpatient orthopedic experience and clinical skill level
  • Optional monthly productivity bonus, with total earning potential of $95,000–$115,000+

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
  • Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes
  • Utilize evidence-based manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the EMR system
  • Collaborate with fellow clinicians to provide exceptional patient care
  • Participate in mentorship and continuing education initiatives

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program
  • Active Hawaii Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain before employment)
  • Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start)
  • Minimum 1 year of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred; strong new graduates with excellent clinical potential and interest in manual therapy are encouraged to apply
  • Manual therapy experience or advanced training is highly valued
  • Additional certifications such as OCS, Dry Needling, or Manual Therapy are a plus but not required
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Mandarin or Cantonese fluency is strongly preferred for select locations but is not required

Patient Caseload

  • Typically 8–12 patients per day
  • Standard 60-minute treatment sessions
  • Quality-focused practice emphasizing individualized patient care over high-volume treatment
  • Productivity bonuses are optional and based on clinician preference rather than mandatory productivity goals

Schedule

  • Full-Time: Monday through Saturday, typically 5 days per week; no evening shifts
  • Saturday coverage may be required depending on clinic needs
  • Part-Time: flexible and negotiable schedule
