Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $87,000–$110,000 annually, based on outpatient orthopedic experience and clinical skill level
- Optional monthly productivity bonus, with total earning potential of $95,000–$115,000+

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes
- Utilize evidence-based manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the EMR system
- Collaborate with fellow clinicians to provide exceptional patient care
- Participate in mentorship and continuing education initiatives
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program
- Active Hawaii Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain before employment)
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Minimum 1 year of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred; strong new graduates with excellent clinical potential and interest in manual therapy are encouraged to apply
- Manual therapy experience or advanced training is highly valued
- Additional certifications such as OCS, Dry Needling, or Manual Therapy are a plus but not required
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
- Mandarin or Cantonese fluency is strongly preferred for select locations but is not required
Patient Caseload
- Typically 8–12 patients per day
- Standard 60-minute treatment sessions
- Quality-focused practice emphasizing individualized patient care over high-volume treatment
- Productivity bonuses are optional and based on clinician preference rather than mandatory productivity goals
Schedule
- Full-Time: Monday through Saturday, typically 5 days per week; no evening shifts
- Saturday coverage may be required depending on clinic needs
- Part-Time: flexible and negotiable schedule
