Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based care for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Administer manual therapy and therapeutic exercises
• Educate patients to restore function and prevent re-injury
• Collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team
• Document care in EMR and track patient outcomes
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Deliver comprehensive outpatient physical therapy services, support professional growth, and contribute to a patient-centered, mission-driven healthcare environment

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong knowledge of orthopedic and musculoskeletal treatment
• Excellent clinical assessment and manual therapy skills
• Effective communication and patient education abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
