Outpatient Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapist

Role: Licensed Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.Deliver evidence-based care, including orthopedic, sports, and post-surgical rehabilitation.Provide hands-on manual therapy to patients.Document patient progress in EMR system.Educate patients on home exercise programs and recovery strategies.Collaborate with a team-oriented, supportive staff to ensure quality care. Qualifications & Skills Current licensure as a Physical Therapist.Strong knowledge of orthopedic, sports, and post-surgical rehab techniques.Excellent manual therapy skills and patient education abilities.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, community-focused environment.Commitment to evidence-based practice and professional growth.
