Outpatient Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapist

Role: Physical Therapist in an outpatient clinic setting. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one, evidence-based care for orthopedic, sports, and post-surgical patients.Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.Deliver hands-on manual therapy and therapeutic exercises.Educate patients on self-management strategies.Manage a diverse caseload and document progress in an EMR system.Coordinate care with referring providers and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.Engage in clinical growth through mentoring and team collaboration.
