Outpatient Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapist

Role: Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting, delivering evidence-based, one-on-one care. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat orthopedic, sports, and post-surgical patients.Develop, implement, and progress individualized treatment plans.Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training techniques.Document patient progress accurately in Electronic Medical Records (EMR).Collaborate with a supportive clinical team to optimize patient outcomes.Educate patients to restore function and reduce pain.
