About the role
The primary focus of this role is to provide nursing care to patients in an outpatient setting. This includes administering medications, monitoring patient health, and assisting with diagnostic procedures.
Responsibilities
- Administering medications as prescribed by physicians
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Assisting with diagnostic procedures as needed
- Providing emotional support to patients
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- At least 1 year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Experience with electronic medical records systems
- Knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
