  • Full-time employment
  • 8:00am to 4:30pm work schedule
  • Minimal hospital consultative services (APP takes first call)
  • Option for EMG, EEG and injections (if preferred)
  • Flexibility as we build and shape our new hospital facility (opening doors in 2027)

Qualifications

  • Candidate must be Board Certified/Board Eligible
  • Ability to acquire Indiana license
  • Open to both graduating Residents/Fellows and practicing Physicians

Healthcare System/Hospital Description
