Clear expectations (because transparency matters)
- Maintain a weekly caseload of 25 client sessions
- Flexible scheduling once expectations are met
- Some evening or weekend availability to meet client needs
- Provide thoughtful, creative, evidence-based therapy to a diverse client population
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create treatment plans and documentation that support quality care
- Collaborate with a team that shows up, communicates, and has your back

- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session

- Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university
- Active licensure in your designated field, including temporary and/or junior licenses
- Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working with diverse populations
- Ability to set stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Timely documentation habits
- Familiarity with EHR systems (Valant a plus; training provided)
