About the role
Ellie Mental Health is a highly successful multi-clinic organization focused on providing quality mental health care in Middle Tennessee. We strive to lower the administrative aspects so our practitioners can focus on what they love—serving clients!
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation according to company policy
- Maintain a minimum caseload of 27 client visits per week (for full-time positions)
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session
- Cookordination services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university
- On track to obtain licensure in designated field
- Fully licensed mental health professional with a valid Tennessee license
- Experience with completing treatment plans and clinical case notes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus)
Skills
- Experience with children, adolescents, teens, and adults
- Experience with couples, families, trauma, substance abuse, and schools
- General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and mental health documentation
- Credentialed with insurance panels

$76,000.00 - $89,000.00 per year
