Job Description
As a Clinic Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our outpatient centers, ensuring that our mission is carried out. You will manage a team of Patient Care Technicians (PCTs), who support and collaborate with Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide dialysis treatment to multiple patients at once. You will also lead the inpatient RNs who administer dialysis treatments in hospital settings, including ICU, ER, Rehab, and Med/Surg units.
Success Profile
To be successful in these roles, you should have strong management skills, prior direct patient care experience, and a genuine passion for patient care. You should also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and their families.
