Physical Therapist – Outpatient Internal Travel Program, based in Ft. Wayne, IN. Full‑Time position with a base salary of $90,000 and up to $45,000 in bonuses plus student‑loan assistance. The role is part of Select Medical’s Travel Physical Therapy Program, allowing you to work in diverse communities across participating states while advancing clinical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and ensure compliance with state, local, and federal regulations.
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third‑party payors.
• Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.
