Schedule
Full-Time with one or two-year commitment and six-month assignments.
Pay
$90,000 base salary with potential for up to $45,000 in additional incentives:
- $5,000 sign-on bonus
- Up to $40,000 in completion bonuses

Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations.
- Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
- Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
- Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
- Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
- CPR certification.
