Participating States: Arizona, Alaska, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations.
- Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
- Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
- Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
- Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
- CPR certification.
Pay
- $90,000 base salary.
- Potential $5,000 sign-on bonus.
- Up to $40,000 in completion bonuses.
