Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient gastroenterology care to adult patients
- Collaborate closely with supervising physicians and APP colleagues
- Participate in team-based care delivery and clinical coordination
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and patient experience
Qualifications
- Certified Physician Assistant or Primary Care Nurse Practitioner
- North Carolina licensure (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum of 2 years of APP experience required (no new grads)
- Interest in general gastroenterology; subspecialty interests welcomed
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

About the Role
Outpatient-only role
Schedule: Variable hours including evenings/weekends
4.5 clinic days per week
0.5 dedicated administrative day
Patient Volume: Approximately 14 patients per day
Procedures: PEG tube exchanges (training/support provided)
Practice Environment
- Kenilworth office location
- Team includes 8 physicians and 5 APPs at the site
- Larger group includes 27 physicians and 27 APPs across the practice
