Outpatient Diagnostic Imaging Technologist - Per Diem

About the role

The Diagnostic Imaging Tech I is responsible for operating various x-ray equipment to perform routine radiographs in multiple radiology settings, including Orthopedic Clinic, Fluoroscopic, and Operating Room procedures. They work under the supervision of Radiologists, Supervisors, and Lead Technologists, adhering to established practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate radiology equipment such as x-ray machines and C-arms
• Perform radiographic procedures across different departments
• Maintain knowledge of safety and procedural protocols
• Support radiology team in daily operations
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program approved by CAHEA/JERCT
• Current ARRT certification and Vermont state license
