Salary: $65,000-$72,000 annually (based on licensure, certification, and experience) plus a bilingual (English/Spanish) differential.

About the Role

A leading behavioral health organization is seeking a Licensed Bilingual Behavioral Health Therapist to provide outpatient treatment services in both English and Spanish to adults, adolescents, and their families. This role focuses on delivering evidence-based behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment while promoting healthy lifestyles through counseling, education, and community collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, family, and group counseling services to assigned clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including assessments, progress notes, and treatment updates.
  • Facilitate therapeutic and psychoeducational groups.
  • Monitor client progress and recommend appropriate treatment advancements.
  • Collaborate with community agencies, probation/parole officers, schools, and other professionals involved in client care.
  • Serve as a liaison with community support services and referral resources.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and clinical staffing.
  • Maintain a safe therapeutic environment and assist with crisis intervention as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education.
  • Maintain compliance with organizational policies, confidentiality standards, and applicable state and federal regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Current Oklahoma LADC, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW license, or actively working toward licensure under approved supervision.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to provide counseling services and documentation in both languages.
  • Master's degree in Behavioral Science or a related field.
  • Completion of T-ASI, ASI, and ASAM PPC-2R training by an ODMHSAS-certified trainer within the past five years.
  • Experience providing counseling services to adolescents and/or families in a therapeutic setting.
  • Knowledge of adolescent development and age-appropriate therapeutic interventions.
  • Experience providing integrated, evidence-based treatment for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.
  • Experience conducting individual and group counseling.
  • Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Valid Oklahoma driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, stretch, and perform other physical activities throughout the workday.
  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday-Friday daytime schedule.
