Outpatient Therapist (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)

As a Therapist, you'll receive:

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Maintain clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, schools, psychiatrists, and other community providers

Requirements

• Active Virginia license as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
• Excellent diagnostic and clinical skills
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice

Pay

$70–$80 per hour, based on experience and clinical expertise.
