Outpatient Counselor

Join The Bridge Behavioral Health as a full‑time Outpatient Counselor (LADC/LMHP). About the Role

This position provides 24–26 hours of direct client service each week in an outpatient setting. You will deliver individual, group, and family counseling, conduct substance‑use evaluations, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with families, community providers, probation, and other partners. Documentation is expected to be timely, and care should be compassionate and trauma‑informed.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24–26 hours of direct client service each week.

• Build meaningful, therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team.
• Coordinate care with families, community providers, probation, and other partners.
• Maintain timely documentation while delivering trauma‑informed care.

Requirements

• LADC or PLADC required (LMHP or PLMHP preferred).
• Passion for helping individuals build healthier, more stable lives.
• Experience or interest in substance‑use treatment.
• A compassionate, trauma‑informed approach.
