Outpatient Counselor
About The Role
Clarvida is hiring a Mental Health Outpatient Therapist in Greensburg, PA. This full-time role offers competitive hourly rates, travel compensation, and opportunities for licensed clinicians to earn more than the non-licensed scale. As a Mental Health Outpatient Therapist, you will provide individual and family therapy inside an outpatient clinic setting, maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation, and ensure compliance with state/local regulations - all aligned with Clarvida’s person-centered, trauma-informed care model.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and family therapy for assigned caseload
- Maintain clinical documentation in a timely and compliant manner
- Travel to appointment sites, schools, or other required locations as outlined in program requirements
- Adhere to state and local regulatory requirements pertaining to school-based mental health services
- Collaborate with community partners to support clients
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or similar clinical field from an accredited institution
- Verified clinical practicum or internship completed
- Licensed (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) in Pennsylvania OR willing to work under non-licensed rate if license is not held
