We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We need to parse the posting. First, we need to identify sections. The posting includes: - Intro about Datavant (mission). That could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". But we need to use headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content accordingly. Let's extract: About the role: description of role, mission, remote flexible schedule, looking for experienced outpatient coders, ideal candidate details. So we can put that in

About the role

with paragraphs. Responsibilities: list under "What You Will Do". That's a list of duties. Use
  • . Requirements: maybe "What You Need To Succeed". That includes certifications, experience, proficiency, skills, etc. Could be Requirements. Qualifications: maybe overlapping with Requirements; but we can separate: Requirements could be mandatory (certifications, years experience). Qualifications could be preferred (EPIC, 3M, denials, NCCI edits, medical necessity, claim edits a plus). But we need to avoid duplication. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one? But we have to follow headings list; we can include only those with real content. Could include Requirements and Qualifications both if they have distinct content. Let's see. The posting says: "What You Need To Succeed AHIMA certified credentials (RHIA, RHIT, CCS) or AAPC certified credentials (CPC, CPC-H, COC, CIC or CRC). 2+ years of coding experience in a hospital and/or coding consulting role. Proficiency with most or all of these coding specialties (Same Day Surgery, Observation, Injections/Infusions) Proficiency with most or all of these coding specialties (Ancillary, Emergency Department, Injections/Infusions, E/M leveling) Strong written and verbal communication skills, adeptness in remote work, and exceptional time management skills. Experience in computerized encoding and abstracting software. Required to take and pass annual Introductory HIPAA examination and other assigned testing to be given annually Experience in computerized encoding and abstracting software" Note duplicate line about experience in computerized encoding and abstracting software appears twice. Then later: "Experience in EPIC and 3M preferred. Also experience with Denials, NCCI edits, medical necessity and claim edits a plus." That could be Qualifications (preferred). Thus we can have: Requirements: mandatory certifications, 2+ years experience, proficiency with specialties, communication skills, remote work aptitude, time management, experience with encoding/abstracting software, HIPAA exam. Qualifications: preferred experience with EPIC, 3M, denials, NCCI edits, medical necessity, claim edits. Skills: maybe we can extract skills like strong written/verbal communication, remote work, time management, organizational, teamwork, etc. But those may overlap with Requirements. Could combine. But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps we can have: - About the role - Responsibilities - Requirements (including mandatory and preferred) - Benefits - Pay - Schedule We could omit Qualifications and Skills if they'd be thin. However the posting includes "Strong written and verbal communication skills, adeptness in remote work, and exceptional time management skills." That's a skill. Also later: "Possess strong organizational and teamwork skills." That's also skill. So we could have a Skills section. But we need to decide. Given instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine Requirements and Qualifications into one "Requirements" section that includes both mandatory and preferred. And Skills could be part of Requirements as well. But we need to follow the headings list; we can include only those with real content. If we combine everything into Requirements, we might still have Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we also have schedule: "This role is fully remote with a flexible schedule". So we can have Schedule section. Pay: "The estimated base pay range per hour for this role is: $20—$35 USD". Also note "Pay ranges for this job title may differ based on location, responsibilities, skills, experience, and other requirements of the role." repeated. So we have pay info. Benefits: "What We Offer Benefits for Full-Time employees: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k Savings Plan w/match, 2 weeks of paid time off, and Paid Holidays, Floating Holidays Benefits for PRN employees: 401k savings plan w/match Free CEUs every year Stipend provided to assist with education and professional dues (AHIMA/AAPC) Equipment: monitor, laptop, mouse, headset, and keyboard Comprehensive training led by a credentialed professional coding manager Exceptional service-style management and mentorship (we’re in this together!)" Thus we have benefits. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could also include Skills but maybe not needed. Now we need to format. We must not repeat job title as heading. The job title is "Outpatient Coder". Not to be used as heading. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, accommodation request, privacy policy, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We must preserve all substantive information. Let's extract substantive content for each section. About the role: - Datavant is the data collaboration platform trusted for healthcare. Guided by our mission to make the world’s health data secure, accessible and actionable, we provide critical data solutions for organizations across the healthcare ecosystem - including providers, health plans, researchers, and life sciences companies. By joining Datavant today, you’re stepping onto a driven and highly collaborative team that is passionate about creating transformative change in healthcare. We’re looking for experienced and credentialed outpatient coders to become an integral part of our team. The ideal candidate for this role possesses high attention to detail and a depth of knowledge in medical terminology. This role is fully remote with a flexible schedule, allowing you to help shape the future of healthcare from your own workspace! We are looking for an Outpatient Coder with, at least, 2+ years of multispecialty experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in facility ED, injections/infusions, Ancillary (Radiology, Labs, Clinic). Recurring therapy services for wound care, US, Radiology, Echo, sleep studies, PT/OT, Dialysis. Experience in EPIC and 3M preferred. Also experience with Denials, NCCI edits, medical necessity and claim edits a plus. We need to avoid repeating "Outpatient Coder" as heading but can mention in paragraph. We should keep all that. Responsibilities: list from "What You Will Do". Let's extract each bullet: - Review medical records and assign accurate codes for diagnoses and procedures. - Assign and sequence codes accurately based on medical record documentation. - Assign the appropriate discharge disposition. - Abstract and enter the coded data for hospital statistical and reporting requirements. - Communicate documentation improvement opportunities and coding issues to appropriate personnel for follow up and resolution. - Maintain a 95% coding accuracy rate and a 95% accuracy rate for APC assignment and meet site-designated productivity standards. - Be responsible for tracking continuing education credits to maintain professional credentials. - Attend Datavant Health sponsored education meetings/in-services. - Demonstrate initiative and judgment in the performance of job responsibilities. - Communicate with co-workers, management, and hospital staff regarding clinical and reimbursement issues. - Function in a professional, efficient, and positive manner. - Adhere to the American Health Information Management Association’s code of ethics. - Be customer-service focused and exhibit professionalism, flexibility, dependability, and a desire to learn. - Handle a high complexity of work function and decision-making. - Possess strong organizational and teamwork skills. - Comply with all HIM Division Policies. We need to ensure we don't duplicate. Now Requirements: combine mandatory and preferred. Mandatory: - AHIMA certified credentials (RHIA, RHIT, CCS) or AAPC certified credentials (CPC, CPC-H, COC, CIC or CRC). - 2+ years of coding experience in a hospital and/or coding consulting role. - Proficiency with most or all of these coding specialties (Same Day Surgery, Observation, Injections/Infusions) - Proficiency with most or all of these coding specialties (Ancillary, Emergency Department, Injections/Infusions, E/M leveling) - Strong written and verbal communication skills, adeptness in remote work, and exceptional time management skills. - Experience in computerized encoding and abstracting software. - Required to take and pass annual Introductory HIPAA examination and other assigned testing to be given annually. Preferred (or plus): - Experience in EPIC and 3M preferred. - Experience with Denials, NCCI edits, medical necessity and claim edits a plus. Also note "Experience in computerized encoding and abstracting software" appears twice; we keep once. Also note "Strong written and verbal communication skills, adeptness in remote work, and exceptional time management skills." Could be considered skill but we can keep in Requirements. We might also include "Possess strong organizational and teamwork skills." That appears under Responsibilities; but we could also include in Requirements or Skills. But we already have it in Responsibilities; we can keep there. Now Benefits: list. - Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k Savings Plan w/match, 2 weeks of paid time off, and Paid Holidays, Floating Holidays (for Full-Time employees) - For PRN employees: 401k savings plan w/match, Free CEUs every year, Stipend provided to assist with education and professional dues (AHIMA/AAPC) - Equipment: monitor, laptop, mouse, headset, and keyboard - Comprehensive training led by a credentialed professional coding manager - Exceptional service-style management and mentorship (we’re in this together!) We need to preserve all. Pay: "The estimated base pay range per hour for this role is: $20—$35 USD". Also note that pay ranges may differ based on location etc. We can include that as a sentence. Schedule: "This role is fully remote with a flexible schedule". Also maybe mention remote work. Now we need to output HTML fragment with headings

and content. We must not include any markdown fences. We need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like EEO, accommodation request, privacy policy, etc. Let's craft. Structure:

We need to ensure we don't include empty sections. Now let's write the content. About the role paragraph(s): Could be multiple paragraphs but we can combine into one or two. We must not repeat the job title as heading but can mention in paragraph. Let's write:
