What You’ll Do

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth
• Conduct intake assessments and determine the best level of care
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change
• Cookordinate care with families, medical providers, and outside agencies
• Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system
• Participate in case management and team meetings as needed
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support as necessary

Who You Are

• Licensed Clinician (LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC) in New York
• An experienced, compassionate, and driven clinician looking for work-life balance
• Comfortable managing your own schedule and caseload
• Flexible schedule with some evening and weekend availability
• Skilled in time management and documentation
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a big plus!

Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed internet, and a phone required.
