Outlet Server - Bingo Concessions
About the role
The incumbent will serve food as well as take payment from guests within the casino and bingo hall. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes health and wellness plans, retirement savings options, and programs to support a healthy work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- Greets guests in a positive manner
- Obtains food and beverage orders from guests
- Prepares food and beverages
- Serves food and beverage orders to guests throughout the casino and bingo hall
- Cashier responsibilities include stocking the concession area and promoting positive guest/employee relations
- Performs other assignments as directed
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent education/work experience
- Great customer service skills
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to continuously maneuver around the concession area and property, often standing for long hours
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds and be able to bend, reach and stoop on a limited basis

Work Environment
May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to: second hand smoke, excessive noise, and constant exposure to general public. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
