Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner and arrange for prompt seating.
• Ensure guests feel welcome and comfortable in accordance with Hard Rock Bristol service standards.
• Create an atmosphere that encourages guests to choose Hard Rock Bristol for gaming entertainment.
• Actively build and retain guest relations and mentor team members to provide superior guest service.
• Monitor room atmosphere and provide information on all aspects of Hard Rock Bristol services and facilities.
• Quote accurate waiting times and manage guest waiting lists or reservations per established procedures.
• In front-of-house areas, greet guests and answer inquiries before completing requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Provide clean china, silverware, and glassware upon customer request.
• Set up tables with dishes, linen, flatware, etc.
• Attend to customers’ needs, such as refilling beverages and condiments.
• Assist wait staff with tray service as needed.
• Attend and participate in meetings, completing follow-up tasks as assigned.
• Perform work regularly and predictably.

Requirements

• Skills and abilities typically acquired through two months of on-the-job training or related cashier or host experience.
• Must obtain and maintain all licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming/Lottery regulations.
• Must successfully pass a background check.

Pay

$14 - $19/hour
