Responsibilities

• Welcome and thank guests
• Answer questions accurately and politely
• Maintain a clean and organized waiting area
• Answer the phone
• Direct guests to areas & restrooms
• Assist servers, bussers and managers
• Perform opening, closing & side duties – cleaning glass, polishing brass, sweeping & vacuuming the floor, wiping menus, restroom maintenance, etc.
• Assure the complete satisfaction of each and every guest
• Create memorable experiences
• Entertain guests to create “Raving fans”

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be friendly and approachable, and have a passion for hospitality. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
