Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks to customers.
• Mix and match ingredients to create classic and innovative drinks according to customer needs and expectations.
• Interact with hotel guests to ensure they have a great experience at the bar or lounge.
• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
• Take orders and serve snacks and drinks.
• Absorb customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
• Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
