Outbound Specialist - Evening & Weekend

We are seeking a highly motivated and independent Outbound Specialist to join our team for evening and weekend shifts. Your top priority is keeping our electrical technicians busy by proactively outbounding and capturing emergency calls.

Responsibilities

• Heavy Outbound Outreach & Lead Management
  • Dedicate the majority of your shift to high-volume outbound calling and texting to generate new work and secure bookings.
  • Proactively reach out to existing members to schedule their annual electrical maintenance visits.
  • Follow up relentlessly on unbooked leads, cancelled calls, and paused electrical estimates to win back business.
• Emergency Booking & Dispatch Coordination
  • Act with urgency to book after-hours and weekend emergency calls, dispatching technicians quickly and efficiently.
  • Work within dispatch guidelines to ensure jobs are booked in optimal time frames, maximizing technician efficiency.
• Independent Customer Care
  • Answer incoming calls with a positive, professional, and empathetic tone, reassuring customers during electrical emergencies.
  • Diligently update customer profiles, lead statuses, membership details, and job notes accurately in ServiceTitan.

Requirements

• Highly motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently during evening and weekend shifts without supervision.
• Professional demeanor with a focus on productivity and positive energy.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and guiding customers toward booking.
• Ability to multitask, handling urgent inbound emergencies while maintaining outbound outreach.
• Comfortable navigating CRM/scheduling software, texting platforms, and multi-line phone systems. Prior ServiceTitan experience is preferred but not required.

Pay

Base pay: $15.00–$17.00/hour with uncapped weekly performance-based bonuses. Average total earnings range from $20.00–$25.00/hour, with top performers earning more.

Schedule

• Saturday–Monday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Monday–Friday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Candidates will select one of the above schedules during the screening process.
