Key Responsibilities
- Manage leads through various communication channels (phone, email, chat)
- Conduct initial assessments to qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria
- Engage potential clients in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and challenges
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our high-ticket products/services
- Schedule qualified leads for in-depth consultations with our experienced sales professionals
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead qualification criteria
Minimum KPIs
- Daily: 200 dials
- Daily: 20 conversations
- Daily: 2 appointments booked
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar setting or lead qualification role, preferably in high-ticket sales or a related industry
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools
