Outbound Sales Development Representative at MNJ SOFTWARE, you will participate in design, development and implementation of architectural deliverables of custom projects and products of MNJ SOFTWARE. The role includes working closely with lead, testers, customers, project/product managers and designers.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline
Technical/Functional Skills
- Outbound Sales Development experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong perseverance and determination.
- Experience using sales CRMs, HubSpot preferred.
- Experience using LinkedIn as a sales outreach tool.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to find, utilize and optimize a variety of prospecting tools and programs.
- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
- Technical aptitude as it relates to the web hosting industry highly preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and find new potential sales outlets while building relationships to nurture warm prospects.
- Conduct high-volume cold calling and follow up emails to contact and qualify new sales opportunities.
- Schedule demonstrations and meetings for prospects, technical experts and sales executives.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives.
- Communicate our value propositions to prospects and determine quality of lead.
- Build long-term trusting relationships with potential customers.
- Work hand in hand with Account Executives to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
- Maintain and upkeep the Sales CRM (HubSpot).
- Identify and report on customer needs, pain-points and expectations.
- Partner with the Marketing team to create sales presentations for enterprise clients.
