About the Opportunity

The Outbound Patient Enrollment Specialist is responsible for managing the entire outbound enrollment process for patients referred by partner physicians. This role ensures clear communication of program details and benefits, facilitates virtual enrollments, and supports scheduling follow-ups. The position is critical for driving patient engagement and supporting the program's impact in chronic disease care.

Responsibilities

• Communicate program details, benefits, expected outcomes, and patient responsibilities clearly.
• Conduct virtual patient enrollments and schedule follow-up appointments.
• Build trust and maintain rapport with patients through respectful and understanding interactions.
• Follow established scripts to meet quality assurance while adapting communication authentically.
• Balance quality patient interactions with productivity goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sales or customer service experience.
• Experience making high-volume outbound or inbound calls.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to support patient decision-making.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA and program standards.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and managing call pipelines.
• Skilled in relationship-building in phone-based environments.
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude and Google Gemini.

Pay Range and Compensation Package

• The anticipated pay range is $23 to $24 per hour, with an on-target earnings of $67,000 to $70,000, including incentives.
• Compensation is based on role scope, level, location, experience, skills, and applicable law.
• This is a remote position based in the United States.
