Outbound Clerk (1st shift)

Responsibilities

• Help prepare outbound orders and the necessary paperwork associated with each, i.e. BOLS, delivery manifests, and yard management documents.
• Communicate with different delivery carriers, work directly with the supervisor and lead in this department.
• Communicate with our service delivery and Trade teams.
• Data entry into a warehouse management system.
• Filing documents and forms.
• Occasionally work on the warehouse floor.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (only when certified by Arvato).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of SAP or other WMS experience.
• Excel - intermediate experienced.
• Previous experience in operations of Warehousing and Shipping, and use of equipment such as forklifts, order pickers and pallet runners.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.

Pay

The pay rate for Las Vegas, NV: $19.00 per hour.

Shift hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm PST
