About the role

We are looking for professionals in ophthalmics who combine professionalism, technical competence, and relational and commercial skills to best meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Professional and accurate vision checks with the latest technologies at our disposal
• Customized consultations on eyeglass lenses, frames, style
• Adaptive optical and anatomical adjustments to eyeglasses
• Customer reception and daily operational activities in the store

Requirements

• Diploma of qualification as an Optician and/or Degree in Ophthalmic and Optometry
• Alignment with our values: transparency, responsibility, and team spirit
• Attitude towards service and listening to customers
• Motivation to work towards objectives and contribute to the success of your store and the company
• Prior experience in the optical retail sector is preferable

Qualifications

• Experience Level 3 CCNL Opticians (indicative RAL: 28,000 - 30,800 € based on experience and professional qualifications)
• Experience Level 2 CCNL Opticians (indicative RAL: 31,500 - 32,900 € based on experience and professional qualifications)
