About the role
Location: Pacific, Washington. Route Type: OTR (nationwide). Assignment Type: Temp to Hire. Transmission: Automatic. Openings: 1 CDL‑A Driver.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a tractor‑trailer on nationwide routes
- Transport and deliver freight to industrial areas, warehouses, and job sites
- Load and unload freight as required
- Secure and transport loads safely
- Complete required inspections, paperwork, and delivery documentation
- Maintain compliance with all DOT and company safety requirements
Requirements
- Valid CDL‑A license
- 1 year of driving experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Ability to safely operate a tractor‑trailer and flatbed equipment
Pay
- Base pay: $0.60 per loaded mile + component pay (average ≈ $1,500 per week)
- Additional earnings: $50 tarp pay, $100 clean‑inspection bonus, $100 extra‑stop pay
Schedule
- Schedule: 7 days per week
- Start time: Early morning after completing a 10‑hour sleeper reset
- Average length of day: Approximately 11 hours
