OTR Driver - $1,600/week + Bonuses ($500/weekly)

About the role

We're helping our client find an experienced OTR CDL A Driver based in Abilene, TX. This is a direct hire opportunity paying 32% of gross revenue — averaging $1,600/week with additional performance bonuses on top - up to ($500/weekly). This role requires drivers to stay out for 2 weeks at a time.

Responsibilities

Running OTR dry van routes out of Abilene, TX, operating a 2023 Freightliner Cascadia with automatic transmission and sleeper cab, hauling dry van freight.

Requirements

• Valid CDL A
• 6 months of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL A driving experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
• Must be at least 21 years old

Pay

32% of gross revenue, averaging $1,600/week, with performance bonuses for safety, fuel economy, inspections, and longevity (up to $500/weekly).

Schedule

OTR — out for 2 weeks at a time, with weekly pay.
