About the Position

Our client is seeking an experienced CDL A Flatbed Driver to support dedicated OTR operations based in Fort Worth. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, home-weekly opportunities, and the support of a driver-focused team.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $28 per hour, plus benefits. Schedule: Monday through Friday. Start time: Between 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. Hours: 40 hours per week. Home time: Home weekly. Employment type: Temp-to-perm.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL A equipment on OTR routes.
• Transport freight in accordance with DOT and applicable safety standards.
• Secure loads using straps and perform required unloading activities.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams.
• Meet the physical demands of the position.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid CDL A license.
• 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
• No endorsements required.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record, with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
