About the Position

We are hiring a CDL A Flatbed Driver in Batavia, New York. This position offers a Monday to Friday schedule with early morning start times between 5:30 and 6 AM. You will enjoy the support of TransForce, ensuring you have the resources needed for success on the road.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $30 per hour
• Overtime after 40 hours
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:30/6 AM start time, 10/12-hour days
• Estimated Weekly Gross: $1400

Job Details

• Route Type: Local
• Freight: Delivering cement blocks and pallets of bagged cement
• Equipment: Flatbed
• Handling: Strapping only, no tarping required, driver does not unload cargo

Responsibilities

• Delivering cement blocks and pallets of bagged cement to stores in the central and western New York area
• Making 2-3 stops per day, with 10 to 12-hour workdays

Requirements

• 3+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
• Must be at least 21 years old
• 1+ year of experience (as a CDL A driver)
• No-touch freight
