Responsibilities

• Provide Otolaryngology (ENT) medical and surgical care

Requirements

• Candidates must be eligible for medical licensure in the State of Indiana
• Must be board-eligible or certified in Otolaryngology
• Medical degree required

Pay

$525,000.00 - $600,000.00 per year

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5pm
