About the Role
Employed position with Sentara Medical Group, a division of Sentara Health. Responsible for treating complex diseases for patients of Sentara Healthcare. The Physician leads an interdisciplinary team of primary caregivers and Sentara ENT Specialists is seeking a BC/BE Otolaryngologist to join our team at Sentara RMH Medical Center in Harrisonburg, VA. Candidates should have an interest in practicing general otolaryngology in a community-based setting. - Diagnose and treat full spectrum general ENT conditions, pediatrics to adult.
- Treat complex diseases for patients of Sentara Healthcare.
- Lead an interdisciplinary team of primary caregivers.
Qualifications
- Board Certified/Board Eligible (BC/BE) Otolaryngologist.
- Interest in practicing general otolaryngology in a community‑based setting.
Schedule
Work Shift: First (Days). Call Schedule: 1:5.
Pay
Annual Base Salary + wRVU Productivity Compensation + Quality Performance Incentive. Generous Sign‑on/Commencement bonus. Annual CME allowance. Base pay range for full‑time employment: $330,990.40 – $529,152.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on‑call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra‑shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full‑time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
